CR-32 creasing machine

Thank you for the lot of ideas, suggestions about the "very simple creasing machine" which we have developed few months ago. Now we have made some improvements according the wishes of our customers.

We increased the width of the device from 21 cm to 32 cm, so now you can crease across even A3 sheets.

We changed the paper guide at the side of the device to a parallel guide so now you can position the sheets more accurately.

We named the device to Paperfox CR-32 creasing machine, and I hope tha we can start the manufacturing soon.

A very simple creasing machine

Some customer of us was looking for a cheap creasing device so we constructed the following device.

The creaser operates a creasing rule. A lot of kind of creasing rule can be mounted on the device wich are used in die cutting tools.

The opposit part of the creaser is a Cito creasing channel.

New creasing machine prototype from Paperfox

With our new creasing machine prototype you can crease even thick cardboards.

We do our best to make this creasing machine available for our customers soon.

Creasing, perforating, cutting, kisscutting even in 147cm width.

We have developed a creasing perforating and kisscutting machine with you can crease, perforate or kisscut even 147cm wide sheets.

The robust machine is driven by an industrial gearmotor so you can crease perforate or cut even thick and hard materiale with this machine.

If you don't use the machine, then you can fold down the feeding table to reduce the space needed for the machine.

We built in the machine the circular knives of the Paperfox kisscutting, creasing and paerfoating machines, but we mage some modifications on the knife holders for beeing able to crease, perforate and cut thicker materials.

The machine was designed first of all for manufacturing corrugated paper boxes but you can use it for other purposes.

We have equipped our simple box making device with a scale and with a srew with you can fix the device to any table.

In this way you can make boxes even quicker and more comfortable with this useful device.

Paperfox MBE-1 Electric Creasing Machine

 

Our newly developed Paperfox MBE-1 electric creasing machine can crease even thick cardboards, which can't be creased by other creasing machines.

This machine is driven with a single pase 220V electric motor and you can start the creasing process with a foot swithch.
