Rewinder with roll holder

We have manufactured a special rewinder.
The big roll is fixed on a separated roll holder so the roll change is more comfortable.
You can put bigger rolls on the device in this way and there is more space for special accessories for example for cutting devices.
The other parts of the machine are similar to the Paperfox AH-1000, AH-1250 rewinders.

Rewinder with stronger gearmotor - AH-1000, AH-1250

The Paperfox A-1000 and A-1250 Rewinders are very polular mainly due to they favorable price. The cheap sewing machine motor is perfectly suited for occasional rewinding of offset wascloaths. Some customer of us want to use this rewiders for rewinding other materials with heavy duty or continous operation so we developed the stronger AH-1000 and AH-1250 rewinders.

This rewinders are driven by a strong and reliable industrial gearmotor and the speed of the rotaiton is continously adjustable and even the rotation direction can be changed.
Thanks to the robuster construction this machines can be equipped with other individual manufactured device for example with slitting os cutting unit.

Roll cutting machine

We have manufactured a roll cutting machine for rewinding and cutting sensitive transparent foil.

The foill is supported under the cuttig knives with rotating rubber rollers to prevent scratches.

Stronger Rewinder

We have equipped our A-1000 rewinder with a stronger industrial gear motor and with cutting knives.

Now you can rewind bigger rolls with this machine and you can cut it to several smaller rolls.

If you want to cut the rolls or paper tubes without rewinding you can do it with our TV-2 roll cutter.
