The maximum corner radius which you can make with the usual corner rounders is 10..12mm.
With the Paperfox MP-1 press you can make even 30mm corner radius.
But what if you need bigger rounding?
We have manufactured a spacial corner guide for Paperfox KB-32 multifunction press, which makes it possible!
Do you need more? The is a corner guide prototype with you can make bigger rounding or you can cut special shapes into the corner of paper sheets.
With this machine you can make for example the printed covering paper of boxes.

A positioning solution in the Paperfoxdie cutters
Some customer of us asked, that how could they position the sheets in the Paperfox cylinder die cutters, if the cutting should be positioned to the positioning marks or to the graphic printed on the sheet.
You should mount a plexy plate with a scharnier to the die cutting tool. Mark the place of the cutting edges on the plexyglas. (You can do it withslightly pressing the plexy to the tool in your die cutting machine as well)
Place the shhet you want to cut on the tool and fold the plexyglas sheet on and position the sheet in the required position.

How to make a box?
When we have offered our rotation creasing machines for making boxes, some customer of us has asked that how can they make boxes with our machines.
I am not a packaging expert, but I try to collect some solution for making boxes.
The simpliest box you can make is the following:
Cut an A x B sized peace from a cardboard or from corrugated paper and crease it in distance "E" from the sides. Creasing is a line made by pressing the paper, cardboard or corrugated paper before folding. You can make this creasing even with a not sharp knife beside a ruler, or you can use creasing machines.

http://www.paperfox.eu/creasing_perforating.html
If you use the same sized card for the top and bottom part of the box, then the "E" should be at the top part slightly smaller than at the bottom part.
You can make the cut-outs with simple scissors, with knife or you can use a table saw as in the picture below.
You can use the table saw for cutting the corrugated paper sheets as well. (Be careful, table saws are dangerous machines)
You can make in this way boxes like in the picture bellow:
In this boxes the cut-outs was made by scissors.
You can make this cut-outs with a slotter.
You can make the whole box from one sheet if you cut the shape bellow:
You can make in this way boxes like in the following picture:
Unfortunately you can't make more complicated boxes in this simple way.
For this box you should use a die cutting form like in the following picture.
This box was manufactured with the Paperfox H-1 cylinder die cutter ( http://www.paperfox.eu/paperfox_h-1_rotary_die_cutting_machine.html ) with a special, bigger machine table.

Manufacturing cd sleeves with the Paperfox HH-1 return receipt making machine
You can produce not only return receipts with the Paperfox HH-1 return receipt making machine, but you can make other similar products, for example CD sleeves with this useful device.
Insert the die cutted papers into the machine.
The machine aplies double sided adhesive band on booth side of the cd sleeves.
You can remove the backing paper from the adhesive band.
And fold manually the cd sleeves.

You can mount easily a big table on the Paperfox H-1 die cutter
If you want to make big boxes with the Paperfox H-1 cylinder die cutter, now you can do it easier.
To mount an up to 2 meter long table and the table supporting elements you need only a screw driver.
If you don't need such a big table then you can remove it easily and you can replace it with a normal size table. You can reduce the space need of this machine in this way.

Small Chinese paper punch on a big Hungarian table
You don't need a big machine-monter if you want to punch into the center of big sheets!
With this device you can punch even in the center of A3 sheets.
You can punch even 50 sheets of paper at once!
Hook-nosed Slotter prototype
We have constructed a slotter for the cutting of our packaging materials.
Our customers has found this device very interesting, so maybe that we'll improove this product and manufacture it.
- Should we make an electric mechanic or pneumatic slotter?
- Should we design a better machine or we should try to offer a cheap slotter?

A new roll-to-roll perforating machine from Paperfox
This new cross perforating machine prototype can perforate roll materials up to 40cm diameter and 50cm width. You can set the distance between perforation and a lot of other parameter of the perforating machine with a digital progammable controller.
You can use this cross perforating machine not onnly for perforating, but als for smaller die cutting tasks.
How could you use this perforating machine in your work?
