More about ISB-2 Double loop wire cutter

I've received back our double loop wire prototype from painting and made an other video:




The Double loop wire cutter  can use normal double loop wires in Rolls and the new improoved products of JBI the Wire-O-Flex.

At the last week all collegue of mine went on holliday, so I dad some time to develop somtehing something new and cool again to surprise you with. I am so enthusiastic that I didn't even painted the machine, becouse I wanted to see how does it works. Let's have a look at it!

Glue dispenser valve

We've manufactured a glue dispenser valve, which we assembled on a Cyklos CFM-650 folding machine.

The gluing head works with a pneumatic cylinder and controlled with an optoelectronic sensor.

We've made some self mailer, glued and perforated at booth side of the paper.

The device worked perfectly.

MPE-2 Electric paper punch

We have manufactured a prototype of our new electric paper punch. It works perfectly.
You can fit any small steal rule dies into the device.

A big succes in a small stand in IPEX

Perhaps the Paperfox stand was the smallest on in the whole fair, but we had a great success.
A lot of enthusiastic visitor all over the world visited our stand.

We are going to exhibit the following devices:
