Paperfox FLDA-1 automatic labeling machine

 We've created a labeling machine with a friction feeder and automatic feeding table lift.

You can place even a 30cm high pile of cardboard on the feeding table and the labeler forwards them automatically under the labeling head. No compressor or vacuum pump required.

Book joint forming press

 The Paperfox NYB-500 Book joint forming press has two heated profiles to form booth joints at once. The temperature of the blades are set through two digital temperature controllers.

Cable trunking taping machine

One of our new developments is the Paperfox KRA-2 Cable trunking taping machine. You can place double sided self adhesive tape on plastic cable channels or other similar profiles.

 

It is quite a productive machine, so we have developed a tape unwinding device for extra large tape rolls to make the work more comfortable with this useful device.

The Paperfox TU-2 tape unwinder works well with the Cable trunking taping machine.

Paperfox TF-3 hook and loop fastener cutter

 I have already built several types of velcro cutters.

 In this device the belt is transmitted electronically with a stepper motor and the cutting is performed by a fast pneumatic cutter.

The parameters of the device are programmed using a smart phone.

The device is suitable not only for cutting velcro, but thanks to its robust construction, it can also be used for cutting other tapes that are even more difficult to cut.

Paperfox R-50 kiss cutter

 It is not easy to remove the backing from a self adhesive label. You don't have to buy a kiss cutting machine, with this simple kiss cutting device you can slit the backing paper without hurting the self adhesive material.

This device uses a standard KT-1 knife holder and an RK-1 kiss cutting knife.

Paperfox RT-1 Tape dispenser with sharper knife

 We've made a modification on our RT-1 Tape dispenser.

This sharper knife can used in the old version RT-1 as well, but also the blade holder profile should be changed to this aluminium "L" profile.

Book joint forming press

We have made a book joint forming press with 1m width.

Unfortunately I do not have such a book that has a 1m long spine,  my largest book is much smaller than the device.

The temperature of the heated joint forming bar is regulated and can be set digitally.

So far it is the largest joint forming machine that I have made, although I have already produced a few.
