Paperfox in Printtek-2013

 

We have in Fair Printek-2013/Istanbul exhibited our die cutters, paper punches, kisscutting machines.

 It is very interesteing that our S-3 cornerrounder arouse so much interest, even though in other countries not it is our main product.

Roll Holder

Some customer of us uses our Paperfox A-1000 or A 1250 rewinder for special purposes.
In some application they need a special roll holder so we developed this simple but very useful device.

You can use the Paperfox AT-1000 or AT-1250 roll holders with the Paperfox A-1000 or A 1250 rewinder for example to wind different roll materials together or you can use it with a paper trimmer to cut roll materials to sheets.
The Paperfox AT-1000 or AT-1250 roll holders can be used for packaging if you want to wrap your products in a roll of paper or foil.

DK-5 Box Maker

We have improved the our box making machine again, whose latest version is now called DK-5.

The DK-5 box making machine can be mounted on edge of a table like its predecessor, but the new revolver head allows quick tool changes.
Now the cutting blades are fully enclosed, which makes the usage of this device even safer than before.

Perforating knives for folding machines

Sometimes our customers contacting us with a request to make a circular perforating blades for folding machine. We have made some of these parts again.
Perhaps it would be worthwhile to manufacture these parts?

The Gutenberg Galaxy Strikes Back

With the Paperfox KB-32 die cutter and this special die cut letters you can cut text into paper, cardboard, leather or plastic foil.

You can position the letters to the already cutted part of the text or to other graphic elements with the help of a transparent plastic lid. So we have invented a new system of die cutting with movable types in a similar way as Mr. Gutenberg did it about 600 years ago.

You can die cut text even in those materials, which couldn't be cutted with the modern digital devices.

With the Paperfox MP-1 paper punch you can not only punch paper, but you can also round corners. 

 

But hy should you round a corner if you can simple bite it off?

Die cut letters

One of the questions we are asked quite often is how to die cut letters or other shapes positioned to the motive of the sheet or positioned to the already cutted letters or shapes. There is a simple solution to this problem. Jost mount a plexy plate with a hinge to the wodden body of the steel rule die cutting tool.

You can use this plexy plate as a cutting plate and you can position the sheet which you want to punch to the impressed shape lik in the following video.
