Paperfox AM-1 rewinder

 

This useful device is designed for rewinding roll materials into smaller rolls. The winding shaft can be replaced, the gear ratio can be changed, so the device is suitable for winding several kind of materials. The length of the rewound material can be measured using an Android application.

This rewinder was made to rewind the air bubble film but you can rewind other roll materials as well.

The Paperfox AH-1700 rewinder is not only suitable for rewinding but also for slitting foil rolls.

Paperfox TTA-1 Transfer Tape Applicator Prototype

Some customers of us asked us to develop a device which applies adhesive tape while removing and rewinding liner back into the applicator. So you don't have to remove the liner manually.

So we have created a new prototype again. 

The prototype is based on a Paperfox FTD-1 which is a very popular tape applicator of us.

In this way you can immediately stick on the sheet, you don't have to waste time on removing the liner after the tape application.

This prototype works with adhesive transfer tape not with the usual double coated tape.

Unfortunately adhesive transfer tapes are more expensive than the double side coated self adhesive tapes and they are not available in such a large selection. So maybe that we'll use double sided tapes in the next version of this machine.

Paperfox RH-1 roll holder

This roll holder was originally designed to unwind  double loop binding wire, but other roll materials can also be unwound with it.

The device consists of two free-running cylinders mounted on a metal frame and can make work much more comfortable.

The mayor advantages of this foot operated construction, that your hands are free during work and you don't have to make big efforts with your hands.

Paperfox FTD-1 Tape applicator test with a long sheet

If you want to place self adhesive tape with a Paperfox FTD-1 tape applicator on a long sheet, then the usual adjustment is not the best.

The starting position of the tape application can be set accurately, but if you adjust the end position the position is not accurate, especially if the length of the sheet is not accurate or changing.

In this case set the start position and set the end position to much higher as the length of the sheet.

The tape application end automatically at the end of the sheet, and you can fine-adjust the position by adjusting the "END" parameter on the display of the FTD-1 tape applicator machine. You can find more information about Paperfox products at www.paperfox.eu
